In-house fabricated and Cerakoted fuel system brackets

As part of our fuel systems for Gen 1 Ford Lightning pickup trucks we have been producing brackets for trucks we build at the shop for quite some time.  We have now begun offering them for our mail order clients as well.  Constructed of fabricated aluminum, these brackets are TIG welded and coated with Cerakote in-house.These are built to work with Fore regulators and Weldon fuel pumps.  Contact us via email for custom applications for your truck!

Jace Nester shatters 1500hp in testing on the dyno!

Recently, Jace Nester was back in with his twin turbo, 427ci LS-powered Mustang for some testing on E98.  Jace runs the Holley Dominator EFI.  Not only did we easily crack the 1500hp mark, we also were able to determine from our datalogs that there was a need to upgrade his fuel pump with the E98 for fuel over a typical race fuel.  Now that his pump has been upgraded, we'll see him back in the future for more testing!   A video has been uploaded to YouTube for your viewing pleasure!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53Ycqm0kFGI

From time to time we upgrade 10 spline input shafts on T-56 six speed transmissions (found in 2003-2004 Cobras) to 26 spline units.  Here's a photo of one of these transmissions during replacement.

Billet Oil Pump Gear Installation

The Achilles heel of the Ford Modular engine platform is undoubtedly the stock oil pump gear set.  Made of powdered metal, harmonics from superchargers and unintended engine knock will shatter the stock pieces.  This has caused countless engine failures.  The remedy?  We replace the stock gears with billet pieces from Triangle Speed Shop.  These TSS gears are manufactured to exact tolerances and should be included in any build.  A great time to upgrade the gears is during a cam swap, when the front cover has already been removed.
